Jen has over 25 years’ experience in financial management, human resources and small business management, across a range of industries including engineering, banking, retail and not for profit.

With a background in accounting, human resources and communications, Jen joined CWT in 2017. She has a wealth of experience in day to day financial management including budgets, cash flows, reporting, strategic direction, governance and policy development.  Together with her human resource experience, this ensures she is a valued part of the CWT team.
